I ordered some gear from BTO Sports and just had a good feeling about it from the start. It showed up way faster than I expected, the tracking updated like it should, and the box arrived in great shape. My gut was right on this one, really happy with how quickly they got everything shipped out.

I called btosports.com with a couple of fitment questions, and the guy I talked to was friendly enough. He seemed to know the basics, but he had to put me on hold to check a few details, and even after that he didn’t sound totally sure. Not a huge deal, I guess, since the order ended up being fine in the end. I just kind of expected a little more expert help, especially when it comes to fitment stuff...

I had to return a jersey the process was simple. I was thinking, okay, this is going smoothly. Then the refund took a few days longer than I expected, which was kind of annoying. But whatever, it eventually came through and everything worked out fine.

I ordered some riding pants and gloves, and the size chart was more or less spot on for me. The pants felt a tiny bit snug at first, but after a ride they loosened up enough and felt fine.
The gloves fit just about like my usual size, so no issues there. Shipping was totally fine too. I’m giving 4 stars because I did have to exchange a jersey once before, but overall their sizing info seems reliable

Overall, I didn’t run into any issues, so I’d probably use them again.

The box showed up clean and everything inside was totally fine, nothing smashed or damaged. the only issue was bad timing on the delivery, but the package itself was in great shape.

The site feels kind of cluttered overall. There’s probably a lot of useful stuff there, but it took me a little while to figure out where to look, and I felt like there were maybe too many things competing for attention at once.

i mean, I found the same gear here for cheaper than I saw on other sites, and checkout was super easy too. No complaints from me.

The promo codes actually worked for me, which almost feels rare these days, like most sites are just pretending the codes exist to mess with us. Shipping was a little slow on one order, and I did start wondering if my package was taking a secret detour somewhere, but it showed up fine.
